Raiders' Offseason Moves Signal Rebuilding Efforts.
Cam Sims, a long-time wide receiver and special teams player for the Washington Football Team, has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency. While he may be buried on the offensive depth chart, his special teams prowess and familiarity with the Raiders' new passing game coordinator, Scott Turner, should give him an advantage in his quest for a roster spot. Sims had his best season in 2021 with 32 catches for 477 yards and a touchdown, but was primarily a special teams player in 2022.
