Patriots Make Roster Moves, Sign OT and Re-Sign LB, Release QB
The New England Patriots have signed offensive tackle Calvin Anderson as an unrestricted free agent from the Denver Broncos and released quarterback Brian Hoyer. Anderson, a veteran of four NFL seasons, originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with New England in 2019. Hoyer, who had three stints with the Patriots, is a veteran of 14 NFL seasons and has played in 76 regular-season games with 40 starts.
