Kat Von D's 'Cheaper By the Dozen' House Sells for $7.75M
Kat Von D has sold her 13-bed and 10-bathroom mansion in L.A. for $7.75 million to Tyler James Cassity, co-owner of Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The 12,565-square-foot property was listed for $15 million in January. Kat bought the home in 2016 for $6.5 million and did a ton of restoring. The home was featured in the 2003 movie "Cheaper by the Dozen" and has a hidden bar, hand-carved walls, a library, and 7 fireplaces. The sale came just days before the California mansion tax goes into effect.
