Top-ranked BYU cross-country teams dominate NCAA regionals, securing spot in 2023 NCAA XC qualifiers
The No. 3-ranked BYU men's and women's cross-country teams will compete in the NCAA Mountain Regional Cross-Country Championships in Lubbock, Texas. While the Cougars are expected to rest some of their top runners for the upcoming NCAA championships, their strong performances throughout the season position them well for advancement. The women's team has won all four of their competitions this season, while the men's team finished second in the pre-national meet. BYU is one of four Utah women's teams competing, alongside Utah, UVU, and Utah State.
