The Princess of Wales, Kate, has released a second video chat with Richard Walker, chair of Iceland, discussing his charity climb of Mount Everest for dementia research. The conversation was part of Kate's crusade to improve early years development and the Shaping Us campaign. The pair also discussed how businesses can support children and their carers to help set the foundations for key employability skills in the earliest years of their lives. Kate has launched a Business Taskforce for Early Childhood, of which Iceland is a member, urging business leaders to prioritize wellbeing in the workplace to support family life.
