Tragic Shootings in St. Louis County Leave Victims Identified
Authorities have identified the victims in two deadly shootings in St. Louis County, Missouri. Benjamin Merritt died in a road rage shooting, while Justin Welch was killed in a shooting at a business. Two suspects, Robert Mulkey and Nolan-Ryan Thomas, have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in both cases. The road rage shooting occurred after an argument between Merritt and Mulkey, while the business shooting stemmed from a verbal argument between Welch and Thomas.
