A man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after remains were found in a burning vehicle in Bedford County, Virginia. The victim was identified as Ethan Bert of York, Pennsylvania, and the suspect, Joseph Walker of Roanoke City, is believed to have known him. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Virginia State Police or the Commonwealth's Attorney's office.
A wrong-way driver caused a pileup involving several vehicles on the 71 Freeway in Chino Hills, resulting in at least four fatalities.
