Tragic Scaffolding Collapse Claims Lives at German Building Site
Four Bulgarian construction workers died and another was critically injured when scaffolding collapsed from the eighth floor and fell down an elevator shaft at a building site in Hamburg's HafenCity district. The cause of the collapse is unknown. Recovery efforts have been underway to clear the debris, and the city government confirmed that all missing individuals have been accounted for.
