Gophers Dominate Canisius in NCAA Hockey Regional.
Bryce Brodzinski scored a hat trick in the third period to lead the Golden Gophers men's hockey team to a 9-2 victory over Canisius in the 2023 NCAA Fargo Regional. The Gophers tied a program record scoring nine goals in an NCAA Tournament game, thanks to four power-play markers. The team showcased its impressive freshman class as the youngsters provided 10 points. The Gophers will face in-state foe St. Cloud State in the NCAA Regional Finals.
