"Massive Fraud Scheme: 17 BSO Employees and Deputies Charged in PPP Loan Scandal"

Seventeen employees of the Broward County Sheriff's Office (BSO) in Florida have been charged with fraudulently applying for and receiving Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. The investigation, which looked into all 5,500 BSO employees, identified about 100 employees who took PPP loans, and narrowed it down to 17 whose applications were deemed illegitimate. Florida Teen Arrested for Making Bomb Threats at Schools and Airport

A 16-year-old boy was arrested for making bomb threats to several schools in South Florida and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The Broward County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the teen called 911 and threatened to bomb South Broward High School.
