The fourth and final day of the 2023 Men's NCAA Championships saw the top three teams separated by just 22 points, with the defending champions in the 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, and 200 fly all back to defend their titles. Destin Lasco is in the hunt for a second straight title in the 200 back with a potential American Record in his sights, while Brooks Curry, Bjorn Seeliger, Jordan Crooks, and Josh Liendo are among the favorites in the 100 free. Leon Marchand, the current American Record holder, is favored to win the 200 breast.
