Jonathan Cody Noel, a 34-year-old man from Brookland, died in a head-on collision between his SUV and a dump truck on Highway 49 in Brookland, Arkansas. The truck driver suffered minor injuries. Witnesses said the dump truck swerved to avoid the collision and ended up in a ditch. The highway was closed for nearly two hours as crews worked to clear the scene.
