Arby's faces lawsuit over employee's death in walk-in freezer.
The children of Nguyet Le, who died after being locked inside a freezer at an Arby's in Louisiana, are suing the restaurant chain and franchise owners for negligence and wrongful death. The lawsuit alleges that a broken freezer latch caused Le to be trapped inside, and that multiple managers were aware of the issue for at least nine months before her death. Le's family is seeking at least $1 million in damages. Arby's has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
