A judge has denied Brighton Grassroots' attempt to delay the opening of a Whole Foods store in Brighton, New York. The group had argued that the store would cause safety issues due to increased traffic and encroach on the Auburn Trail. However, the judge ruled that the group did not prove that the opening of the store would cause immediate irreparable harm. Whole Foods will open its doors to customers on Wednesday, but the appeal is still ongoing.
