Multiple Las Vegas Restaurants and Casinos Face Lawsuits for Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against Bouchon Las Vegas, a restaurant led by renowned chef Thomas Keller, alleging sexual harassment by managers towards both female and male employees. The EEOC claims that the restaurant knew or should have known about the pervasive harassment since 2018, creating a hostile work environment. Keller's company, Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, is also named as a defendant. The EEOC has filed three other sexual harassment lawsuits against restaurants in the Las Vegas area. The complaint seeks damages for the victims and an injunction against violations of Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.
