"iPhone 16 Set to Feature Ultra-Thin Bezel Technology for Expanded Display"
Apple plans to use Border Reduction Structure (BRS) technology to minimize the bezel at the bottom of the upcoming iPhone 16 series, aiming to maximize display size. The new ultra-thin bezel technology will be applied to all four iPhone 16 models, set for release in the second half of 2024. The iPhone 16 Pro models will feature larger display sizes, with the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max expected to have 6.27-inch and 6.85-inch screens, respectively. The larger form factor of the devices will provide more internal space for components, potentially allowing for larger, longer-lasting batteries.
