"Fatal Crash Closes Eastbound Lanes on Border Highway"
A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred on the Border Highway in South Central El Paso, resulting in the death of one person. The accident happened around 1:31 a.m. at Cesar Chavez East and Fonseca.
