The Druid class in Diablo 4 will have access to the Animal Spirits mechanic, which allows players to pick one of four different spirits at a time, each offering unique bonuses called Boons. Players can only have one Boon active at a time, but when they unlock all four spirits, they can have two active. An XP system lets players rank up each spirit, resulting in additional passive buffs. The Animal Spirit system is hoped to give the Druid class a much-needed boost.
