Cramer is accused of killing Mercer County Deputy Paul Martin in a vehicle pursuit. He had been exhibiting mental health issues and stole his mother's vehicle before crashing into a squad car. Law enforcement found drugs in Cramer's possession, and additional charges will be filed.
