Hainan Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Rome After Engine Fire
A Hainan Airlines flight from Rome to Shenzhen was forced to return to Fiumicino Airport shortly after takeoff due to a bird strike that caused an engine fire. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner safely landed after dumping fuel over the sea, with no injuries reported among the 249 passengers and 16 crew members.
