Willie Nelson is set to headline the Outlaw Music Festival at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on September 16. The lineup also includes Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros. Featuring The Wolfpack, The String Cheese Incident, Los Lobos, and Particle Kid. Presales for tickets will begin this week.
