Bobbie Jean Carter Arrested for Drug and Theft Charges.
Bobbie Jean, sister of Nick and Aaron Carter, was arrested in Florida for stealing items from a Hobby Lobby and was found to be in possession of fentanyl. She was booked on charges of retail theft and possession of fentanyl and remains in custody.
