$15 Million Settlement Reached in Mallory Beach Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Parker's Corporation has reached a $15 million settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Mallory Beach, who was killed in a 2019 boat wreck. The boat was being driven by Paul Murdaugh, the son of convicted killer Alex Murdaugh. Other occupants on the boat have also settled claims against Parker's. The trial for the civil case has been cancelled.
