Fatal Capsizing of Tour Boat Carrying Security Personnel on Italy's Lake Maggiore.
Most of the passengers on the tourist boat that overturned on Italy's Lake Maggiore, killing four people, were former or current intelligence personnel from at least two countries, according to Italian media reports. Eighteen of the 20 survivors were agents who were hastily evacuated from hospitals and hotels "so as not to leave a trace." The deceased Israeli man was also a retired member of the security forces, and the other victims were two Italians who worked in the intelligence services and a Russian woman who was the partner of the boat's captain. Italian investigators believe the ship capsized in an accident caused by the sudden change in weather.
