Bell, who was on injured reserve for most of the 2022 season, will likely have a diminished role in the upcoming season due to the development of 2021 fifth-rounder Noah Gray. However, head coach Andy Reid likes the idea of having four tight ends on the roster, and Bell's deal is likely to be a veteran salary benefit contract.
