Remembering Ray Stevenson: Actor in 'Thor' and 'Punisher' Dies at 58

Ray Stevenson, the actor known for his roles in "Thor," "Rome," and "Black Sails," among others, has died at the age of 58. Stevenson began his career in interior design before turning to acting in his mid-20s. He studied at the Bristol Old Vic Theater School in England and landed his first significant film role in 2004, playing the knight Dagonet in "King Arthur." He also played the vigilante Frank Castle, a.k.a. the Punisher, in "Punisher: War Zone." Stevenson is survived by his partner, Elisabetta Caraccia, and their three children.
