Beyoncé Celebrates Juneteenth with All-Black Designer Wardrobe on Tour

Beyoncé celebrated Juneteenth during her Renaissance world tour by featuring all Black designers and introducing her latest Ivy Park swimsuit collection. She wore a bright pink sparkly dress while her dancers wore pieces from the collection. Other designers featured in the show included Maximilian Davis for Ferragamo, Olivier Rousteing for Balmain, Ibrahim Kamara for Off White, and Ethiopian designer Feben for her eponymous line, Laquan Smith.

Beyoncé Celebrates Juneteenth with All-Black Designer Wardrobe on Tour.

Beyoncé paid tribute to Juneteenth by wearing glamorous ensembles made exclusively by Black designers during her Amsterdam concert. The outfits included a striking red, bead- and crystal-embroidered dress and a silver lamé jersey draped mini dress and matching thigh-high boots by Ferragamo creative director Maximilian Davis, a futuristic, silver-armored bodysuit and a yellow and black custom-made Balmain bodysuit by Olivier Rousteing, and a metallic “shattered glass” catsuit by LaQuan Smith. Beyoncé also gave a first look at a new Ivy Park collection with a disco-inspired beach dress.

Beyoncé Honors Juneteenth with All-Black Designer Wardrobe on Renaissance Tour

Beyoncé celebrated Juneteenth during her "Renaissance" tour stop in Amsterdam by exclusively wearing outfits created by black designers, including Maximilian Davis, Olivier Rousteing, Feben, Ibrahim Kamara for Off-White, and her own label, Ivy Park. Despite not tagging the designers and brands in her Instagram posts, fans of the pop superstar praised her "tour-drobe." Beyoncé has previously worn custom styles by Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander McQueen, and Valentino during her performances.

Beyoncé Honors Black Designers on Renaissance Tour.

Beyoncé wore costumes exclusively designed by Black designers for her Amsterdam tour stop in honor of Juneteenth. Her wardrobe department, led by two Black women, showcased a range of design talent from all over the globe, including French Maisons and Black designers like Brandon Blackwood and Ib Kamara. The tour's wardrobe has been treated like a fashion retrospective. Beyoncé wore a red, embellished gown designed by Ferragamo Creative Director Maximilian Davis, paired with two Elsa Peretti bone cuff bracelets as a Tiffany & Co. ambassador.
