Never Forget a Birthday with Google Contacts for Android
Google Contacts is rolling out birthday notifications on Android devices, encouraging users to add that information. The Highlights tab in Google Contacts will show an “Add birthdays” card under the For you section, allowing users to save contacts’ birthdays to see them on their birthday calendar and get helpful cues across Google services. Users can add birthdays by scrolling through month, day, and year, and can also add birthday notifications for individual contacts through the overflow menu. This feature follows Google Contacts adding Individual and Favorite Contacts homescreen widgets last month.
