BioAutoMATED focuses on biological sequences and offers a larger search space by incorporating multiple tools under one umbrella tool. It includes supervised ML models for binary classification, multi-class classification, and regression. The open-source code is publicly available, and the researchers hope to collaborate with the biological research community to make it a widely used tool.
