Search for Missing US Diver in Bahamas Called Off by Authorities
The US Coast Guard and Royal Bahamas Defense Force have called off the search for Ryan Proulx, a 31-year-old American free diver who went missing near the Bimini Barge Wreck off the coast of Bimini, Bahamas. Proulx, an experienced diver and licensed captain, was last seen on Friday while free diving at the Bimini barge wreck. The Coast Guard suspended the search after covering over 673 square miles. Proulx's family declined to make a public statement about the search.
