Suspicious Death Investigation Underway After Body Found in Truckee River.
The Sparks Police Department and Sparks Fire Department are working on recovering a body from the Truckee River east of Cottonwood Park near McCarran Boulevard. The bike path east of Cottonwood Park will be closed until further notice. People are asked to use an alternative route.
