SenseTime's AI products and chatbot challenge ChatGPT.
SenseTime, one of China's largest AI firms, unveiled a range of new AI-powered products, including a chatbot and image generator, based on the latest version of its SenseNova big model. The products were showcased at an event and are meant to work together to help clients quickly create video content generated by AI in real-time. SenseTime's chatbot, called SenseChat, demonstrated its ability to write an email and tell a story about a cat catching a fish when prompted by questions. The company has been developing its big models for the past five years and has been sanctioned by the US.
