Man Trashes and Drives Through NH Store, Arrested Twice
A Lancaster man, Richard Ruddy, was arrested twice within three hours for damaging the Big Apple Store and then driving a car through its front doors. The store, the town's only 24-hour business, will be closed for several days during the holiday weekend, resulting in significant financial loss. Ruddy was initially released on bail but violated conditions by returning to the store, leading to his re-arrest and preventive detention.
