San Antonio airport worker's death ruled a suicide after being 'ingested' into plane engine.

The death of a ground crew worker who was sucked into a Delta Air Lines plane's engine at San Antonio International Airport has been ruled a suicide by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office. The National Transportation Safety Board will not investigate the incident as there were no operational safety issues with either the airplane or the airport.

Fatal Consequences of Love Triangles in San Antonio

Rafael Redondo-Navarrete, 27, was shot and killed in the face at the Palatia Apartment Homes in the 10300 block of Sahara Drive on Thursday morning. He was found lying on the landing of a stairwell and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are investigating the incident and searching for additional witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage. No one has been arrested yet.
