FTC Cracks Down on Ticket Resellers Using Illegal Bypass Tactics
The FTC has sued Maryland-based ticket broker Key Investment Group and affiliates for using illegal tactics, such as fake accounts and IP spoofing, to bypass ticket purchase limits and resell tickets at high prices, violating the Better Online Ticket Sales Act and FTC regulations, with the case filed in Maryland district court.
