Boygenius won their first Grammy awards, including Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song for “Not Strong Enough”, and Best Alternative Music Album for The Record. Phoebe Bridgers also won her first solo artist Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Despite being nominated for six awards, Boygenius announced they were "going away for the foreseeable future" after playing two intimate acoustic shows at The Smell in Los Angeles.
