Bensenville man charged with attempting to kidnap special-needs Jewel employee
A 53-year-old man from Bensenville, Ismael Andrade Pino, was charged with attempting to kidnap a woman with special needs working at Jewel-Osco, after he allegedly blocked her, grabbed her by the neck, and tried to force her into his car. He was arrested after returning to the store the next day and is scheduled for court on January 20.
