Riley Keough and her husband Ben Smith-Petersen have had a tax lien placed on their former Woodland Hills home after allegedly failing to pay their 2021 state taxes in full. The State of California Franchise Tax Board filed the lien for the unpaid amount of $68,116.50. This comes after Keough recently settled a legal battle over her late mother Lisa Marie Presley's estate, becoming the sole trustee and owner of Graceland. Keough's grandmother, Priscilla Presley, will receive a $1 million lump-sum payment and continue to be a special advisor in the settlement.
