Schools in Saginaw, Midland, Bay, and Huron counties are closing on Wednesday, Jan. 17 due to a wind chill advisory with temperatures expected to reach as low as 15 degrees below zero. The National Weather Association issued the advisory, warning of potential hypothermia risks.
