Shaquille O'Neal has announced the lineup for Shaq's Bass All-Stars Festival in Texas, which is focused on EDM. Despite Shaq's love for rock and metal, there won't be any acts from those genres. The festival will take place on September 16 in Fort Worth, Texas, and tickets go on sale on June 23 starting at $49. Shaq says he's building the festival for all his "headbangers" and wants to create a community around bass music fans.
