Kelly Rowland to Headline Artscape in Baltimore, Mayor Confident in City's Ability to Handle Multiple Events
Kelly Rowland is set to headline Baltimore's Artscape free arts festival, which is returning after a three-year hiatus. The festival, scheduled for September 22-24, will also feature performances by Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Nile Rodgers & Chic, and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. The event has been moved from its traditional July weekend and will expand its footprint to include the Station North arts and entertainment district. Despite concerns about congestion due to multiple events happening in the city that weekend, Mayor Brandon Scott reassured that Baltimore has successfully handled simultaneous events in the past.
