
Nebraska Dominates NCAA Opener, Sweeping Sharks
The top-ranked Nebraska volleyball team swept Long Island in the NCAA Tournament opener, with a balanced offense led by Merritt Beason's 13 kills. Nebraska had 44 kills compared to LIU's 28, and dominated in hitting percentage and digs. The Huskers won the first two sets comfortably and came from behind in the third set to secure the victory. Nebraska will face Missouri in the next round.
