"Walmart Settlement: Get Cash for Grocery Purchases"
Walmart has agreed to a settlement to pay back a fraction of what affected customers spent on packaged meat and bagged fruit purchases due to allegations of illicitly inflated prices. Customers who bought these products between Oct. 19, 2018 and Jan. 19, 2024 may be eligible for a payment of 2% of the total cost of their purchased goods, up to $500, by providing a receipt or attesting to the purchase.
