
Airline Complaints on the Rise Despite Fewer Fliers
Airline complaints have quadrupled in the last year compared to pre-pandemic levels in 2019, with refund complaints being the number one complaint, followed by flight problems and baggage issues. The Department of Transportation is trying to make it easier for travelers to get refunds by providing an Airline Cancellation and Delay Dashboard that tells you what an airline owes you in case of any mishap.
