PA Attorney General Sues North Hills Car Dealer for Selling Defective Vehicles.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office has filed a lawsuit against North Hills Auto Mall and its owner Regis Mannke for allegedly violating state auto regulations and the Consumer Protection Act by selling vehicles with known issues. The lawsuit seeks restitution for all customers who have suffered losses, a ban on selling cars in Pennsylvania, and fines for each violation of the Consumer Protection Act. The business is also accused of requiring deposits and not offering refunds, as well as failing to provide required documentation to customers.
