An Amazon listing has leaked details about Apple's upcoming Beats Studio Buds Plus, revealing new features such as improved Active Noise Canceling, three new acoustic vents for an all-day fit, and a possible 36-hour battery life. The earbuds are set to launch on May 18 for $169.95, $20 more than the regular retail price of the Beats Studio Buds on the official Beats website. The design appears to be identical to the current model, but with the addition of solid black and ivory-white options. The leak also suggests compatibility with iOS and Android phones will be getting a small upgrade as automatic switching between devices should be possible.

Hed Unity beats Sonos and AirPods Max with first Wi-Fi lossless headphones.

Swiss audio startup HED Technologies has launched the HED Unity, the first-ever lossless Wi-Fi enabled over-ear headphones capable of delivering high-resolution audio streaming of up to 24bit/96kHz. The headphones have a frequency response range of 20Hz-22kHz and come with active noise cancellation and head-tracking motion detection for immersive three-dimensional surround sound. The HED Unity is priced at $2,199 and is not made by Sonos, despite rumors of the company's first-ever headphones. The headphones are capable of tackling Apple's regular Lossless audio streams which run at 24-bit/48 kHz.
