'VAgabond Beach Festival' Gets Green Light from Virginia Beach City Council

The festival aims to attract 10,000-12,000 people per night and will feature rock/pop genre artists. Audacy Virginia will provide a $1.5 million marketing and promotional campaign to support the festival.
