Concerns Rise as Abduction Attempts and Assaults Plague University of Arizona Campus
Tucson Police and University of Arizona Police Department (UAPD) address the public after a series of attempted abductions near the University of Arizona campus. UAPD is enhancing patrol capabilities and increasing visibility, while Tucson Police are working with witnesses and victims to produce a suspect sketch. The FBI has been contacted for additional resources. All three victims, who are UA students, have given similar descriptions of the suspect. Police urge anyone with information or surveillance video to contact them.
