Suspect Arrested in Connection to Detroit Prostitute Murder and Troy Abduction

Andrew Hall, wanted for the murder of a prostitute in Detroit and the attempted abduction of a woman in Troy, has been arrested by Dearborn police in Dearborn Heights. Hall was spotted by an officer during a traffic stop and fled before being caught at a bus station. He had previously assaulted a woman in a parking lot and was identified as a person of interest in the death of the prostitute. The victim in Detroit was identified as Lisa Moffett, and Hall had hired her as a prostitute before fatally beating her.

Child narrowly escapes abduction on Mother's Day walk from church with mom
