
Atlantic City Mayor and Wife Charged with Abusing Teen Daughter
Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. and his wife are charged with physically and emotionally abusing their teen daughter on multiple occasions, including striking her with a broom, threatening to harm her, and punching her. The mayor is also charged with terroristic threats and aggravated assault. The daughter's principal was also arrested for not reporting the abuse. The couple denies the allegations, and the case is being investigated by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
